TRAVIS COUNTY, TX — One person was hospitalized early Tuesday after a single-vehicle rollover crash on Farm to Market Road 2769 near Volente, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.

EMS personnel, Austin Fire crews, and Volente Fire crews all responded to the scene on Farm to Market Road 2769 between blocks 12938 to 12951 shortly before 2:18 a.m.

It is unclear what led up to the accident, but one person was trapped in a vehicle after the car struck a retaining wall.

Crews were able to safely extricate the occupant from the wreck. The victim was then evaluated and treated before being transported to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with possibly serious injuries.

No other information on the cause of the crash has been made available.
