AUSTIN, TX – A man was hurt when an uprooted tree landed on him at a Central Austin apartment complex this morning.

The accident happened around 9 a.m. at Oak Park Apartments. Witnesses heard a loud noise followed by the man yelling in pain, reports FOX7.

The tree was uprooted and fell on the man along with a power switch and water device. He was transported to an area hospital for his injuries and is reported to be in stable condition.
