AUSTIN, TX — One person died Tuesday night after a multi-vehicle crash that injured two others near the Los Indios area in northwest Austin, reports KXAN.

Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the crash at the intersection of McNeil Drive and San Felipe Boulevard at around 9:22 p.m.

Few details have been reported at this time, but an early investigation indicates a head-on collision.

Medics said one adult victim died at the scene, and two others were transported to a nearby hospital with injuries considered non-life-threatening.
