AUSTIN, TX – A man killed in a pedestrian accident last week has now been identified by Austin police, KXAN reports.
The victim of the July 15 incident was 61-year-old Anthony Brown, police said. The crash happened in the 7600 block of East Ben White Boulevard in southeast Austin. Investigators said Brown was in the roadway at about 6:15 a.m. when he was struck by the driver of a 2018 Infiniti. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
