AUSTIN, TX – Two adults and three children sustained minor injuries when their vehicle crashed along an Austin highway just south of Pilot Knob, reports CBS Austin.

Police say the incident happened around 11:24 p.m. near the intersection of South US Highway 183 and Planeview Drive, which is just a few miles north of Colton.

The circumstances of the crash are unclear, but Austin-Travis County EMS reported finding an overturned vehicle with a family of five trapped inside.

Response teams worked to free the occupants of the vehicle, who were all treated at the scene for minor injuries.
