AUSTIN, TX – A fatality has been reported in connection to a crash that happened Sunday along a major roadway in northeast Austin.

According to CBS Austin, the incident occurred shortly before 1 a.m. on East Parmer Lane between Bellingham Drive and TX-130. This is just west of Manor.

Police haven’t yet disclosed the cause of the accident or the number of vehicles involved. They say that one vehicle overturned, killing one person at the scene.

Authorities have not released the name of the victim.

Motorists encountered significant delays along Parmer Lane while crews responded to the scene.
