AUSTIN, TX – Two people sustained injuries Wednesday night in a major accident along FM 620 in northwest Austin, reports CBS Austin.

The crash happened around 7 p.m. near the intersection with Steiner Ranch Boulevard, which is just east of Tom Hughes Park.

Police haven’t shared any details about the collision except to say that one vehicle overturned. It’s unclear what caused the wreck and if other vehicles were involved.

Medics transported one person to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with critical injuries.

A second person went to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Lakeway with minor injuries.

A full investigation is underway.
