AUSTIN, TX – A teen went to the hospital with serious injuries Friday night after a car struck them on a South Austin roadway, reports CBS Austin.
The incident happened around 7:11 p.m. near the intersection of West William Cannon Drive and West Gate Boulevard, which is near the Garrison Park neighborhood.
It’s unclear at this time if the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the crash. Police have not shared any details about the incident except to say that the teen pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries.
