DEL VALLE, TX – Two men died Sunday, and a third went to the hospital with serious injuries after their vehicle collided at an intersection in Del Valle, reports KXAN.

Police say the incident happened around 2:33 a.m. near the intersection of Pearce Lane and Kellam Road, which is just northwest of Motocross Park.

The investigation thus far indicates that an eastbound 2007 Toyota Camry left Pearce Lane and crashed into an electric pole.

The driver and a passenger died at the scene of the crash. Authorities identified the victims as 23-year-old Eustorgio Aguirre and 42-year-old Denova Jaramillo, both of Austin.

Medics transported a third person from the vehicle to the hospital with serious injuries.

A full investigation is underway regarding the cause of the accident.
