DEL VALLE, TX – Two people went to the hospital on trauma alerts after a solo crash along a busy roadway in Del Valle on Sunday.

According to Fox 7 Austin, the incident happened just after 4:30 p.m. in the area of Fagerquist Road and Linden Road, which is near Creekwood Ranch.

Police say that for unknown reasons, a vehicle left the roadway and overturned into a tree. One person became entrapped in the vehicle and required extrication.

Both people involved in the accident sustained serious, life-threatening injuries. One of the patients went to the hospital via STARFlight.
