AUSTIN, TX – A single-vehicle collision in the Great Hills area of northwest Austin seriously hurt two people on Thursday, reports CBS Austin.
Emergency crews responded to the crash around 12:07 a.m. in the area of 6600 Spicewood Springs Road, which is just southeast of Bull Creek and St. Edward’s Greenbelt.
The investigation so far indicates that one person became entrapped after their vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
Crews performed an extrication, after which two occupants from the vehicle went to local hospitals for potentially critical injuries.
