AUSTIN, TX – According to KXAN, authorities have identified the man killed in a pedestrian crash on South Congress last month.

The accident occurred in the 7200 block of South Congress Road on the night of December 30, when 55-year-old Donald Langston stepped into the road and was struck by a car. Langston died at the scene of the crash.

The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene. No criminal charges are expected.
