BUDA, TX – A pedestrian died Saturday night when a vehicle struck them along a busy highway in Buda, reports CBS Austin.

The incident happened at 8:48 p.m. on the westbound side of TX-45 near Turnersville Road, which is east of I-35 in the Clover Hill area.

Police have not yet released any details about the circumstances of the accident, and it’s unclear if the vehicle involved in the crash remained at the scene.
