LEANDER, TX – One person died Saturday night after a vehicle and a motorcycle collided along a winding roadway in northeastern Travis County.

According to Fox 7 Austin, the incident happened on Lime Creek Road near Travista Drive, which is just east of Sandy Creek Park.

Police have not yet shared any details about the cause of the accident. They say that medics attempted CPR on the motorcyclist but, ultimately, pronounced him deceased at the scene of the collision.

Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
