AUSTIN, TX — Austin Police shared Tuesday that a woman died from injuries sustained in an August pedestrian crash in southeast Austin, reports KXAN.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Pearce Lane and Las Alas Trail on August 24 at about 6:30 a.m.
An investigation indicates the victim, a 67-year-old woman, was crossing Pearce Lane when she was struck by a 2014 Hyundai Accent.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where she died from her injuries on September 8, more than two weeks after the crash.
