AUSTIN, TX – According to the Austin American Statesman, one person was killed in an apparent train-pedestrian crash in North Austin on Wednesday morning. Police and EMS were called to the scene at the 3700 block of West Howard Lane near the MoPac toll road at around 2:45 a.m.
Austin Travis County EMS Medics reported through their Twitter account that the victim was pronounced dead at the scene:
