AUSTIN, TX – The Austin Police Department has recently released information about a pedestrian accident that occurred on April 20th on Interstate 35. A pedestrian and an acquaintance were walking along the 7800 block of IH-35 when a 2014 black Ford F-150 traveling northbound struck the pedestrian. The acquaintance was not injured in the collision.

Emergency responders arrived at around 10:31 p.m. and declared the victim dead at the scene of the accident. The driver of the truck stayed and cooperated with Austin Police.
