AUSTIN, TX – A 64-year-old man caused an accident on Friday morning when he failed to yield the right of way on a red-light turn and crashed into another vehicle. According to Austin Police, the man was driving his 2011 white Mack truck and took a lefthand turn onto northbound FM 620. He collided with a 17-year-old driver in a 2015 black Volkswagen at around 7:34 a.m.
The 17-year-old was uninjured in the crash; her vehicle suffered minor damage to the back end. The semi-truck sustained minor damage to the front left side.
