AUSTIN, TX – Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal crash on U.S. 183 earlier this week. The Austin Statesman has reported that the victim was 40-year-old Jedidiah Ephraim Brown. Brown was reportedly inside her Nissan Altima that had broken down in the right lane of southbound 183 near 290 when a box truck rear-ended her at around 12:20 p.m. Brown was transported to Dell Seton Hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
